FAQs

This website exists to support people whose lives have been touched by cancer. Through our podcast and shared stories, we offer understanding, companionship, and hope. Our focus is on emotional wellbeing, mental health, and the comfort that comes from hearing real people speak honestly about their experiences.

Our content is for anyone affected by cancer. This includes people living with cancer, those in recovery, carers, family members, friends, and those who are grieving. You do not need a diagnosis yourself to be welcome here.

Listening to others talk openly about cancer can ease feelings of loneliness and anxiety. Many people find strength in recognising their own thoughts and emotions in someone else’s story. The podcast offers space to listen, reflect, and feel less alone.

Most episodes feature people with lived experience of cancer. At times, we may include voices from healthcare, counselling, or community support, but the heart of the podcast is personal stories shared with honesty and care.
